We meet with you and find out what type and size of building that you want. Then go over the options that we offer like color choices, insulation, entry doors, garage and/or rollup doors, windows, gutters, etc.

Site Prep

Once your choices are made and your pad is complete, we give you the next available start date which is typically 2-4 weeks, depending on the season. Then our building process begins.

Concrete

The real fun begins in concrete stage where we provide a true 4 inch 3000 psi rebar reinforced concrete slab with moisture barrier and aprons are included at all doors.

Metal Installation

Metal Installation

At this stage, doors, windows, insulation, cupolas, and any other choices you wanted for your building are also installed. Last installations are garage doors and gutters to complete your building.
